Leaf eater
When your taking a walk take a look at the summer leaves. Then document it into a nature journal or sketch it and document what you think might be eating the leaf. Get some books at the library on leaves and insects. Research. Just because it is fun to gain knowledge and an understanding of what is going on around us. Buy a Petersons field guide or any other field guides that can help you to identify insects, leaves, trees etc. Don’t get overwhelmed though. Start small. Perhaps study only leaves and different types of leaves. And by all means, WRITE, WRITE, WRITE. Document your observations so that next year you can add to your knowledge. Enjoy!
